Contact
One address. A person reads it.
There is no ticket portal, no chatbot and no phone queue. Email reaches the person who can actually fix it, and we would rather you write before paying than after.
There is no published phone number, WhatsApp line or live chat. Anyone offering support on those channels in our name is not us - which is also how you can spot a fake.
What to email for what
Use whichever line fits; every one lands in the same inbox. The subject just helps us sort the queue faster.

Grievance officer and data protection contact
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules notified under it, you have a right to raise a request about your data and a right to grievance redressal. We publish one named person for both, because a policy that points at an unmonitored form is not a redressal route.

If your request is about patient data
Anvip holds your patients' information only on your pharmacy's instruction, so we cannot verify a patient against your store and will not act on a patient's direct request. Tell your patients to approach the pharmacy that treated them; as the account holder you can then act in the workspace, or ask us.
Include, so we can find it fast:
- The store name exactly as you entered it at setup, and the account email
- Which record you mean: an invoice number, a buyer name, a supplier, or the whole account
- What you want done - see it, correct it, or delete it - in one sentence
- That you are the account holder, or are writing on their behalf with their authority
When you can expect a reply
| Request | Our target |
|---|---|
| General support and product questions | 2 working days |
| Refund requests | Acknowledged in 2 working days; approved refunds initiated within 3 working days |
| Privacy and grievance requests | Answered within 14 days |
| Security reports and suspected breaches | Acknowledged within 2 working days; affected accounts told without undue delay |
| Suspending an account you believe is compromised | Same day if the mail reaches us in working hours - say "urgent" in the subject |
These are targets, not contractual service levels. Mail is answered on business days, not around the clock, and nothing here is a 24-hour promise. If a reply matters urgently, say so in the first line and give your store name.
If you are not satisfied
Tell us first: an unanswered grievance cannot be fixed. If our answer disappoints you, you may escalate a data complaint to the Office of the Data Protection Authority under the DPDP Act, a payment dispute to Razorpay or your card issuer, and a consumer matter to the district consumer commission. We will cooperate with any of them and will not treat your complaint as a reason to charge you more.
Report a security problem
Prove it without exporting anyone's patient data, and give us a chance to fix it before publishing. We answer within 2 working days and will credit you if you want it.
Faster than email, probably
Most questions asked of us are answered on these pages already. If you are deciding whether to pay, read the Subscription Terms and the refund policy first - they are written to be boring and specific.
