01Summary
- Two options: ₹349 per 30 days or ₹3,799 per year. Both unlock the identical feature set; the year simply costs ₹389 less than paying month by month.
- Unused time is never lost: a new payment adds its days to the end of your current period.
- Access ends at the expiry date with no grace period, and the workspace confines to Settings until you pay again.
- Expiry or non-payment never deletes your data.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and are the total amount charged.
02What a "subscription" means here
An Anvip subscription is the record that your store may use the workspace until a given date. Each payment adds a period to that date, and the amount is resolved on our server from the plan you chose - never from the browser.
03The trial
| Aspect | How it works |
|---|---|
| Length | 14 days from the moment you submit store setup - not from signup, and not from first login |
| Measurement | An exact end timestamp. It is a fixed window, not 14 working days and not a rolling calendar count |
| Payment method | None required to start the trial |
| What you can do | Everything a paid store can, subject only to the workspace mode you chose |
| At the end | Access pauses. Nothing is charged, no reminder email is sent, and no data is deleted |
| Restart | Not self-service. If a fault ate your trial, email us |
The trial exists so you can bill a real day at the counter before deciding. It is one per store account and is not extendable by you.
04The two periods on offer
| Monthly | Annual | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | ₹349 | ₹3,799 |
| Access granted | 30 days | 365 days |
| Features | Identical | Identical |
| Users | Owner plus team members you add; no seat charge | Owner plus team members you add; no seat charge |
| Records, storage, invoice volume | No cap | No cap |
| Support | ||
| Renewal | Buy the next period from Settings | Buy the next period from Settings |
There is no cheaper tier and no premium tier, and no plan difference to trip over. The only feature split in the product is workspace mode, described next, and it is yours to change in Settings regardless of what you paid.
05Full mode and stock-only mode
At setup every store picks a mode. It is a privacy and scope choice, not a pricing tier.
| Mode | What the workspace does |
|---|---|
| Full | Everything: counter billing with GST invoices and credit notes, the customer register, team members and roles, schemes, kits, rate lists, panels, credit follow-ups and accounting export |
| Stock-only | Purchasing, batches and expiry, barcodes, purchase orders, stock adjustments, medicine master, reports and dashboards. Counter billing, customers, team management and export stay switched off, because stores that bill on another system do not need patient records inside ours |
You can switch modes yourself in Settings at any time, and the price is the same either way. If you bill elsewhere and only want inventory control, choose stock-only: it keeps patient data out of Anvip entirely, which is the honest answer to anyone asking whether we hold health records.
06How a payment is taken
- You choose a period in Settings. The order is created for a fixed 30 minutes; if you do not complete it, the order simply expires and nothing is charged.
- Razorpay's hosted checkout opens. Card and UPI details go to Razorpay, never to an Anvip server.
- On completion your browser reports the order back to us, and we independently re-check it with Razorpay before touching your account.
- A signed Razorpay webhook runs the same check, so activation happens even if you close the tab mid-payment.
- The new days are added to your expiry date and the payment is recorded against your store.
The amount comes from our own server-side plan record, never from your browser, and access is granted only after the payment is confirmed captured with Razorpay and matched to the exact amount, currency, store and plan. Pressing a button in the checkout frame does not, by itself, unlock anything - a claim we state plainly on the billing screen because it is the property that makes forgery impossible.
07Paying early, and unused time
A new period is added to whatever time you have left, so paying early costs you nothing and late payment costs you access.
| You had | You pay | New expiry |
|---|---|---|
| 10 days left of a monthly period | ₹349 per 30 days | 40 days from today |
| No access left | ₹349 per 30 days | 30 days from today |
| 200 days left of an annual period | ₹3,799 per year | 565 days from today |
Because time stacks rather than replacing, there is no reason to time a payment, no penalty for topping up early, and no lost days if you pay twice in a month.
08What happens at expiry
The cut-off is exact. There is no grace period, no three-day buffer, and no late fee.
| At expiry | Still available | Paused |
|---|---|---|
| Instantly, on the timestamp | Settings, your store profile, password and two-factor changes, viewing your subscription status, and paying to reinstate | Billing, stock writes, purchasing, reports, exports, customers, team changes - the workspace redirects to Settings |
- Your records are not deleted, hidden, exported or handed to anyone. They sit untouched so that paying restores everything.
- In-app reminders for expiring stock and overdue credit stop being generated while a store is expired.
- A referring partner's commission stops accruing at your lapse and resumes if you pay again; already-credited entries are not clawed back automatically. See Partner Terms.
- If you let a store expire for a long time, we may eventually archive or close the account to keep the platform tidy - but we will email you first, and under the Privacy Policy you can ask for your data at any point.
To reinstate, pay any period in Settings. Access returns as soon as the payment verifies, with no re-onboarding, no re-import and no new trial.
09Renewal reminders
Anvip shows renewal notices inside the workspace and on the store dashboard. It sends no email and no SMS about billing, because the product has no outbound messaging system. Do not rely on a notification finding you: if you bill every day, check your expiry date in Settings before it passes.
10Your payment records
| Document | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Payment receipt | Razorpay issues its own receipt for every successful payment, to the contact details used at checkout |
| Current status and expiry date | Store Settings, visible while signed in |
| Transaction identifiers | Our records keep the Razorpay order and payment ids against your store; an admin can retrieve them on request |
| Tax invoice from Anvip | Not issued today. We do not currently levy a separate GST line on subscription fees, so there is no Anvip tax invoice to download. Write to [email protected] and we will supply a statement of your payments. |
The displayed price is the total charged. Keep your Razorpay receipts with your accounts; they are your proof of payment.
11Payment methods
Razorpay's checkout offers what is enabled on our merchant account - typically UPI, cards, net banking and wallets - and availability, downtime and any bank-side failure are Razorpay's and your bank's territory, not something Anvip controls. A failed or expired order grants nothing; only a captured payment does. We do not accept cash, cheques, bank transfer against an invoice, or payment by any channel outside Razorpay checkout, and you should be suspicious of anyone claiming otherwise in our name.
12Price and plan changes
- Prices can change. A change never applies to a period you already paid for; you always get the 30 or 365 days you bought.
- We publish new prices on the Pricing page and in Settings before taking a payment at them, so the figure you confirm in checkout is the figure charged.
- If we add a paid add-on later, it will be opt-in. Nothing already included becomes chargeable.
- The partner commission rate is 10% today, worth ₹34.90 on a ₹349 per 30 days payment; changes there are prospective and covered in Partner Terms.
13No uptime guarantee
We work hard to keep Anvip available and we back your data up daily, but we are not going to promise enterprise availability we do not sell. There is no contractual uptime commitment, no service credit, no recovery-time objective, and no callout SLA in these terms. If availability is a hard requirement for you, weigh this before paying, and hold your own exports.
14Questions before you pay
The Pricing page lists what is included; Terms covers the limits the software actually enforces. Anything unclear, ask at [email protected] and we will answer within 2 working days - we would far rather settle a doubt before taking your money than after. Effective 27 September 2026.
Questions about this document
We would rather explain a clause than have you guess at it. If you are about to pay, or already pay, and something on this page is ambiguous, email us and we will answer plainly - and correct the page if it is badly written.
