Cancellation & Refund Policy

Anvip is billed in prepaid blocks of access. This policy explains how to stop, when we refund a payment, how the amount is worked out, and how long the money takes to reach you.

Effective 27 September 2026

01The short version

  • Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for. To stop anything further, email us and we confirm in writing what happens next.
  • Ask for a refund within 7 days of a successful payment and we grant it: in full if you have issued no more than 10 sales invoices since paying, otherwise pro-rated to the days you will not use.
  • After 7 days the payment is not refundable, but you keep full access for every day you paid for.
  • Write to [email protected] from your account email. Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days and normally reach your bank, card or wallet in 5 to 7 working days.
  • Your data is never deleted because you stopped paying or were refunded.

02How cancellation works

Say so in writing. Email [email protected] from the account email with your store name, and we confirm the date access ends, whether anything further is charged after it, and whether any part of a payment is refundable under this policy.

  • To stop at the end of the current period: tell us and let the period run out. Access pauses at the expiry date, and your data stays intact.
  • To stop immediately and be done with it: ask us to close the store account. We confirm, check whether any refund is due under this policy, then close it and remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • To stop billing but keep stock features: switch the workspace to stock-only mode in Settings. This is not a cancellation and does not change what you owe, but it is the cheapest way to keep inventory control if you bill elsewhere.

03The free trial

The 14-day trial starts when you submit store setup, needs no card, and is free. Nothing is charged at the end of it: access simply pauses until you pay. Because no money moves during a trial, there is nothing to refund, and a trial that ends unused costs you nothing.

One trial per store account. A trial cannot be reset, extended or restarted by you; if the 14 days were consumed by a genuine platform fault, tell us and we will make it right.

04Refunds within the review window

You may request a refund of a payment within 7 calendar days of the date that payment was successfully captured. What you get depends on how much of the period you have used, which we read from your own invoice records.

Your situation at the day you askWhat we refund
No more than 10 sales invoices issued since that payment, or the payment stacked onto access you had not used yetThe full payment amount
You have used the workspace beyond that, and days of the period remain unusedThe unused share: payment × whole days remaining ÷ days in the period
The period is fully used, or more than 7 days have passedNothing is due under this policy. Discretionary cases are listed below.

Examples. Amounts assume today's prices and are rounded to paise:

PaymentAt requestRefund
₹349 for 30 daysDay 2, three invoices issued₹349 in full
₹349 for 30 daysDay 5, 60 invoices issued, 25 days remaining₹290.83
₹3,799 for 365 daysDay 4, six invoices issued₹3,799 in full
₹349 for 30 daysDay 20Not refundable under this policy

We count whole days remaining from the day the refund is processed, not the day you emailed, so a request we sit on does not cost you days. Invoice counts come from your own sales records; if you believe ours are wrong, we will show you the basis.

05Requests after the window

Past 7 days a payment is treated as earned, because you received and used the access. We still look sympathetically at these:

  • A duplicate payment, or a payment made twice for the same period, is corrected in full whenever we find it - usually within a day
  • The wrong plan was bought and you have not used the difference; we may refund or move the amount to another period
  • A verified platform outage took a material share of the period you paid for
  • The store closed permanently, was struck off, or lost its drug licence part-way through a paid year
  • You were charged after we had already agreed in writing to close the account

None of these is an entitlement, and there is no obligation to grant them; they are the situations where we expect to say yes. Tell us what happened and we will answer honestly.

06How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the address on the account, with the subject line "Refund request".
  2. Include the store name, the date of payment, the amount, and the Razorpay payment or order id if you have it (Settings shows your current period; the Razorpay email you received has both).
  3. Say which payment you mean and why, in a sentence. No form, no phone call, no explanation essay required.
  4. We acknowledge within 2 working days, decide and tell you the outcome and the arithmetic, and if approved initiate the refund within 3 working days.
  5. Razorpay returns the money to the original payment method. Banks, cards and wallets typically post it within 5 to 7 working days of initiation; UPI is usually faster.

We cannot refund to a different account or in cash, and we will never ask for your card number, CVV, OTP or bank password to process one. If somebody claiming to be Anvip asks for those, it is a scam - tell us.

07What a refund does to your account

  • Access is shortened by the days we refund. If we give back 25 of the 30 days, the end date moves back correspondingly.
  • Nothing is deleted. Invoices, buyers, stock, suppliers and reports stay. You can pay again later and pick up where you left off.
  • Team members keep their logins until access pauses normally.
  • Referring partner commission. A refund does not automatically reverse the commission credited when your payment was captured, because the ledger has no automatic reversal. We may adjust or recover the related commission from the partner ledger, and a partner should not treat a credited amount as final until any refund window for that payment has closed. See Partner Terms.

08Bank disputes and chargebacks

If you raise a dispute with your bank or card network while a refund request is open with us, tell us - we would much rather settle it directly and usually faster. We may pause our review while a chargeback is live, because both processes are answering the same question. A chargeback that is resolved against you after we had offered a refund may be recovered, and an account with repeated unfounded disputes may be suspended. Under Indian rules you can also escalate an unresolved dispute to Razorpay or your card issuer within their own timelines.

09Fair use of this policy

A refund exists for a change of mind or a mistake, not as a free trial loop. We may decline a request where an account repeatedly pays, uses the workspace hard, and then claims the window - including where a store closes one account and opens another on the same licence.

10Changes to this policy

This policy may change; the version that applies to a payment is the one published here on the date you paid. Any change is prospective and never withdraws a refund right you already had. Effective 27 September 2026.

11Contact

Refund and cancellation requests, and any billing question: [email protected]. Before paying, the Pricing and Subscription Terms pages tell you exactly what you are buying and what happens at expiry, which is the best way to never need this page at all.

Questions about this document

We would rather explain a clause than have you guess at it. If you are about to pay, or already pay, and something on this page is ambiguous, email us and we will answer plainly - and correct the page if it is badly written.
