01Who can join
- Anyone with a genuine network of medical store contacts: medical representatives, pharmacists, consultants, software distributors, or simply a store owner who likes the product
- A separate partner account. Partner and store logins are different account types, and one email address cannot be both - if you also run a store, use a different address for each.
- Free to join, no application fee, no minimum audience, no approval queue for the basic tier
- You must be able to receive payment in Indian rupees, normally on a UPI ID in your own name.
You confirm that joining and referring stores is lawful for you - for example that your employer does not prohibit it, and that you are not bound by a competing referral scheme.
02What you earn
| Store pays | Commission credited to you |
|---|---|
| ₹349 per 30 days | ₹34.90 (10%) |
| ₹3,799 per year | ₹379.90 (10%) |
- Commission is 10% of the amount the store actually paid, calculated to the paise. It is not a fixed bounty, so a price change flows through automatically.
- It is earned per successful, verified payment - not per signup, not per trial, and not per click. A 14-day trial that never pays earns nothing.
- It accrues for as long as the store keeps paying, with no cap on the number of periods and no expiry of the relationship you created.
- One credit per payment. Our records key the ledger entry to the payment, so a duplicate report cannot double-credit.
03When commission is credited
The moment a referred store's payment is confirmed captured with Razorpay and its access is activated, the commission entry is written to your ledger and shows as a credit in your dashboard. Crediting is automatic and runs alongside activation. In the rare case a crediting step fails, the payment is never blocked; we reconcile the entry manually - tell us at [email protected] and we will find it.
Commission is not credited when:
- The store signs up without your referral code reaching us - which is why the code must be in the link they register through, not pasted afterwards
- You refer your own store, or an account you already control. Self-referral is refused at signup
- Your partner account is inactive or has been closed for a breach of these terms
- The payment fails, is cancelled before capture, or the order simply expires unpaid
- A trial period ends without any payment
04If a store stops paying, and if it comes back
Credits stop when a store's access lapses; the referral relationship is marked stopped rather than deleted. If that store pays again later, the link reactivates and new credits resume, with your earlier entries intact.
We keep the ledger after a lapse on purpose, so both you and the store can see the history. Note that a lapse does not erase the store from your list - it stays visible, marked stopped, up to the most recent 100 records in the dashboard.
05Refunds and ledger adjustments
Where we settle a credit and later recover it, we offset against your next accruals before asking you for anything back.
06How and when you are paid
This section is deliberately plain about what is manual, because a partner who expects an automatic transfer will be disappointed.
- Method: UPI to the ID you store in your partner profile. Your UPI ID exists for payout administration only; saving it authorises nothing and never initiates a transfer from Anvip.
- Payouts are sent by hand, out of band. There is no automatic settlement run, no fixed payout date, no minimum threshold and no contractual dues deadline. Ask for settlement of your credited amount at [email protected], quoting your referral code.
- When settled, we mark the entries and record the transaction reference, so you can match the money against the ledger in your dashboard.
- The dashboard shows your credited and settled totals and up to the 100 most recent referral records. It is the working statement; if it disagrees with your own notes, we will look at the underlying payments.
- We will not pay to a third party, a non-UPI rail, cash, or an account in somebody else's name, and we may ask you to confirm the UPI ID before a first transfer.
07What we expect of you
- Say plainly that you are referring a product you earn from. A one-line disclosure in a WhatsApp message is enough and costs nothing.
- Describe Anvip truthfully. No invented features, no "GST filing done automatically", no claims that we submit returns to the portal, send reminders to patients, or integrate with Tally live. The Subscription Terms and Terms are the boundary of what you may promise.
- Do not imply you are Anvip staff, an authorised agent, or that the store gets priority treatment because you referred it.
- Only contact store owners who are reasonable to contact, and honour a request to be left alone. No purchased lists, no bulk unsolicited messaging, no spam-firing the demo-request form.
- Never handle a store's login, payment, or patient data yourself, and never offer to.
- Use your own referral link. Do not alter a store's referral code, claim another partner's store, or register a store on their behalf to take their credit.
- Comply with Indian law in how you promote, including drug-advertising rules that apply to pharmacy products and any professional code you are bound by.
A breach here can cost you the commission you have accrued and the account. We will tell you why, and you can argue the facts.
08What we hold about you
Your display name, chosen role, phone, UPI ID, referral code, the referral links you create with an anonymous visit count on each, and your commission ledger including any payout reference. We do not track who clicked your link beyond a tally: no IP address, no device fingerprint, no cookie is attached to a visit. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Referred store names are recorded against your link so you can see progress, including for stores that have not signed up yet. That is a store name you gave us, not personal data of an individual, and you should treat it as confidential business information.
09Tax
You are responsible for your own tax on commission received. Where Indian law requires withholding on commission paid - and commission to an individual can fall under section 194H - we may deduct what the law requires, deposit it, and give you the details so you can claim credit. We do not issue you an invoice; you account for the income yourself. If you are registered for GST and expect a reverse-charge or input position, take your own advice; we do not raise tax invoices against partner commissions.
10Changes to the program
- The commission rate is 10% now. It may change for new accruals with notice; we will not reduce it retroactively against credit already recorded.
- We may add tiers, change what counts as a qualifying payment, or adjust what the dashboard shows.
- We may suspend or close the partner program with reasonable notice. Accrued, unsettled credit at that point will still be paid out on request for a fair period after closure.
- No exclusivity: nothing stops you referring stores to a competing product, and nothing stops a store from finding Anvip without you.
11Our relationship
You are an independent referrer, not an employee, agent, distributor or partner in the legal sense, and you cannot bind Anvip to anything. Neither of us will incur obligations for the other. Your liability for your own promotional conduct is yours; our total liability to you under these terms is capped at the commission accrued in the 12 months before the claim, and nothing here limits liability that Indian law will not let us limit.
12Questions
The partner programme page explains the offer in plain terms; the Contact page routes payout and ledger queries. Write to [email protected] and we reply within 2 working days. Effective 27 September 2026.
Questions about this document
We would rather explain a clause than have you guess at it. If you are about to pay, or already pay, and something on this page is ambiguous, email us and we will answer plainly - and correct the page if it is badly written.
