01The agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of anvip.in. They are made by the operator of anvip.in, trading as Anvip and identified in the Contact section at the end of these terms, and by you, the person or business that creates an Anvip account.
By creating an account, submitting store setup, or using the workspace, you accept these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a pharmacy, you confirm you are authorised to bind that pharmacy. This version is effective 27 September 2026.
Three documents sit alongside these terms and form part of the same agreement: the Privacy Policy, the Subscription Terms and the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Partner commissions add the Partner Terms.
02Definitions

| Business data | Everything you or your team put into the workspace: medicines you add, suppliers, purchase records, invoices, buyers and patients, stock adjustments |

| Trial | The free 14-day period that starts when store setup is submitted |
| Account holder | The owner account for a store, and the people that owner adds as team members |
03What we provide
Anvip is a web application, usable on desktop and mobile browsers and installable as a progressive web app. It provides:
- A shared medicine master with GST rates, HSN codes, schedules and pack sizes, plus barcodes where a store has supplied one
- Stock control by batch and expiry, with purchase invoices, purchase orders, and stock adjustments
- GST billing at the counter, with returns issued as credit notes, rate lists, panels, schemes and kits
- A customer register with outstandings and credit follow-ups
- Reports, including GSTR-1, GSTR-2 and GSTR-3B review files, party ledgers, sales summaries and a Schedule H register
- Multi-user access with owner, manager, biller and viewer roles
- Accounting export to Tally XML and a daily aggregate CSV
- Bulk import from CSV, and in-app reminders for expiring stock and overdue credit
04Your account
- One store per account. The platform enforces a single store per login, so a second branch needs a second account and a second paid period.
- Give us true identifiers. The store name, address, drug licence number and, if you are GST-registered, your GSTIN. The licence number is required because the product exists for licensed pharmacies.
- Keep your credentials safe. Nobody else can see your password; it is stored only as a hash.
- Team passwords are set by the owner. When you add a staff member you choose their password, because there is no email-invite flow. That means an owner can see a staff member's password. Use it deliberately, set it privately, and change it when someone leaves. Team access is your responsibility.
- There is no self-service password reset. While signed in you can change your password in Settings. If an owner loses theirs, email us from the account email and we will verify you as the licence holder before resetting it.
- Notify us of a compromise. If you think an account is misused, tell us at [email protected] and we can suspend access while we sort it out.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the workspace to keep records you have no lawful right to hold, or to disguise a sale, inflate a price, or produce a false invoice
- Upload personal data about people you have no basis to record
- Attempt to access another store's data, or probe, scan or stress-test the service without asking us first
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy or resell the service, its medicine master, or its code
- Share your login, sell or rent access, or run Anvip as a service for third parties without our written agreement
- Interfere with the service, upload malware, or abuse the demo-request form
- Represent yourself as Anvip staff, or imply Anvip endorses your store, except to say you use it
Removing content we host, or asking us to, must go through the process in the Privacy Policy rather than self-help against our infrastructure.
06Patient data: your duties and ours
This is the part of the contract that matters most for a medical store, so it is stated as plainly as we can.
By using the workspace you confirm that you will:
- Have a lawful basis for recording a buyer's name, phone or dosage instruction, and tell patients what you record when the record is more than a walk-in counter sale
- Capture only what your dispensing, accounting or statutory duty actually needs, and use the Walk-in default when a real name is unnecessary
- Comply with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and Rules for Schedule H, H1 and X dispensing, including any prescription and register requirements that apply to your store
- Comply with GST record-keeping and invoicing rules for the invoices you generate
- Answer patient requests for access or deletion, using the workspace or by asking us, and within the timelines the law sets
- Not sell or share patient data outside your own business, including data you export from Anvip
Our side of that bargain is in the Privacy Policy and the Data & Security page: per-store isolation, no cross-store patient index, no advertising or data sale, no AI processing, and no route for our staff to read your invoice line items or customer register.
08Who owns what
- You own your business data. Nothing transfers to us. We take only the limited licence needed to host, process, display, back up and export it for you, and that licence ends when the data is deleted.
- We own Anvip. The software, its design, the medicine master as compiled by us, and all improvements stay ours. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the workspace while you have access.
- Your invoices belong to you and are your legal records. Keep whatever copies the law requires; do not treat Anvip as your only archive.
09Fees, paid periods and expiry
Anvip is prepaid. You pay for a block of time; the current prices are set out on the Pricing page and in the Subscription Terms. In summary:
- You are billed in prepaid periods. The amount is resolved on our server from the plan you chose, and the figure you confirm at checkout is the figure charged.
- Payments stack. Buying a new period adds its days to whatever unused time you already had, so paying early never wastes money.
- Access stops the moment a period expires, with no grace days. Your workspace then confines to Settings until you pay again.
- Expiry deletes nothing. We retain your data so that paying again restores the workspace exactly as it was, with no re-onboarding.
- Prices may change with notice, never retroactively against a period you already paid for.
- Refunds follow the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
10Suspension and termination
You can stop using Anvip at any time by simply not paying again, or by asking us to close your account.
We may suspend or stop providing the workspace if:
- You breach these terms, the Privacy Policy commitments, or the acceptable-use list
- A paid period expires and the trial has ended
- We receive a valid legal order, or a regulator or drug authority asks us to
- We reasonably suspect the account is being used to commit fraud, or to record data the account holder has no right to hold
- Continuing to serve the account would put other stores, the platform, or patients at risk
Suspension switches access off; it does not delete your records. We will tell you by email why, and give you a chance to fix a curable breach unless the law or a safety concern prevents that. You may also end the agreement by asking us to delete your account; we confirm the request from the account email and remove your data from the live database, and from backups, as described in the Privacy Policy.
11Availability and changes
We run Anvip on Cloudflare and aim to keep it available, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee, a service-level credit, or a disaster-recovery time objective. Planned work is announced in the product or by email where we can. Features may be added, changed or retired; if we retire something a store relies on materially, we say so ahead of time.
The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is error-free, that reports will be accepted by any authority, or that it suits your particular statutory duties.
12Disclaimers
- Medicine data, including GST rates, HSN codes, MRP, schedules and barcodes, may be out of date or wrong, particularly where crowdsourced. Verify against the pack and the current notification.
- Report files, including GST review files, are computational outputs from the records you entered. They are not a substitute for a professional reconciliation.
- Printed bills and credit notes are your documents; check that the printed copy matches your records before issuing.
- Third-party services - Razorpay for payment, Cloudflare for hosting - are governed by their own terms as well as ours, and we are not responsible for their failures.
13Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Indian law, our total liability arising out of your use of Anvip is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business, and the cost of reconstructing records you failed to export.
These limits do not exclude or cap liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and our obligations as a data processor under the DPDP Act, 2023.
You agree to hold us harmless against claims, fines and costs arising from your use of the workspace, the accuracy of your records, your dealings with patients and suppliers, or your breach of these terms.
14Bounded limits in the product
So that nothing we advertise is contradicted by what the software enforces, these are the real ceilings:
| Limit | Value |
|---|---|
| Stores per account | 1 |
| Line items on one invoice | 50 |
| Invoices in one print batch | 50 |
| Rows in one import file | 1,000 |
| Size of one import file | 2.5 MB |
| Accounting export window | 366 days per request |
| Report window | up to 3,650 days |
| Store logo upload | 300 KB |
| Password length | 12 to 128 characters |
Beyond these there is no storage quota, no invoice-volume cap, no seat limit, and no published API rate limit. Team roles are owner, manager, biller and viewer; a store has exactly one owner.
15General
- Notices. Email to your account email address is sufficient notice. You can reach us at [email protected].
- Assignment. We may assign this agreement with the business; you may not assign it without our consent.
- Severability. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest survives and the clause is read as narrowly as needed.
- No waiver. Our silence about a breach is not permission for the next one.
- Third-party beneficiaries. None, except Razorpay and Cloudflare as our service providers.
- Entire agreement. These documents, together with what you agreed at signup, are the whole deal, replacing anything earlier.
16Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, email us at [email protected] first: a short conversation resolves most disputes faster and cheaper than any forum. If a matter involves your patients' data, both of us remain bound by the DPDP Act, 2023 and the rules under it.
17Contact
These terms are made with Dipak Parmar, a sole proprietorship trading as Anvip, who is also the grievance officer named in the Privacy Policy.
Questions about these terms, or anything you want in writing: [email protected]. For a specific request about data, use the Contact page, which routes privacy, billing, refund, security and partner queries to the right place. Support replies within 2 working days.
Questions about this document
We would rather explain a clause than have you guess at it. If you are about to pay, or already pay, and something on this page is ambiguous, email us and we will answer plainly - and correct the page if it is badly written.
